Trust – The Birch

Through love and security in childhood, our primal trust is placed in the cradle, from which we can develop self-confidence and trust in others.

It allows us to recognize the positive, gives us stability, and enables us to stay present and grounded within ourselves. It creates the foundation for a fulfilled and happy life.

Yet external influences, disappointed trust in the greater whole, in communities or partnerships, can sometimes cause us to lose trust in ourselves.

To take our rightful place in life and shape it according to our wishes, we need this primal trust within ourselves—this unshakable knowing that I feel and act correctly.

The Birch, despite its delicate appearance, radiance, and lightness, is a resilient tree that lives and survives under the harshest conditions. At the same time, it symbolizes renewal and new beginnings. It helps to release rigid structures and restore flow—through its cleansing properties, new energy is awakened and set free, bringing the courage to create positive patterns again.

The birch lives in community and is connected with all others, yet it protects itself from negative external influences through its distinctive bark.

Complementing this, the fragrance of rose geranium has a balancing, calming, and soul-strengthening effect.
